🎯 Requirements

• At least 10 years in Product Management for on-demand marketplaces.
• Experience navigating complex, ambiguous environments with data-driven roadmaps.
• Full lifecycle product expertise: design thinking and data-driven.
• Financial concepts to plan resources and track against objectives.
• Degree in CS/SE/IT/finance/economics or related field.
• Ability to influence from executives to engineering and operations.
• Leadership: goal setting, coaching, personal development.
