Senior Product Manager

📋 Description

• Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for key areas of the Flex marketplace.
• Own major initiatives from discovery to launch with PRDs and success criteria.
• Use data, signals, and user insights to identify high-value problems.
• Make tradeoffs across conversion, retention, supply/demand, matching, and UX.
• Partner with Engineering and Design; align with cross-functional teams.
• Apply AI and LLMs to simplify workflows and boost velocity.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years PM in startup/marketplace/SaaS environments.
• Experience owning end-to-end product areas.
• Strong judgment; define problems, success criteria, requirements, tradeoffs.
• Experience using qualitative and quantitative data to drive decisions.
• Strong technical communication; partner with engineering.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across audiences.
