Senior Product Manager

📋 Description

• Own product deployment end-to-end: requirements, backlog, sprints, releases, outcomes.
• Drive architectural decisions with engineering: architecture, feasibility, trade-offs.
• Bridge users and engineers: translate readiness problems into product requirements via user research.
• Shape platform evolution: data ontology, agent orchestration, generative interfaces.
• Support delivery operations: reduce manual effort across contracts and deployments.
• Communicate clearly: exec briefings, demos, PRDs, cross-functional alignment.

🎯 Requirements

• US citizen with active Secret DoW clearance or ability to obtain quickly.
• CS degree or equivalent technical degree, or 1-2 years software engineering experience.
• 4+ years of product management or software engineering in agile environments.
• Comfortable reading code and discussing architecture.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Platform product experience: APIs and SDKs with web apps.
