📋 Description

• Own vision, strategy for insurance, institutional, ecosystem offerings
• Manage full product lifecycle: discovery, development, GTM, launch, post-launch
• Translate insurance/financial planning concepts into simple product experiences
• Build strong feedback loops with customers, prospects, partners, experts
• Define success metrics and guide improvements with insights
• Prioritize trade-offs and communicate with stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Expert-level insurance product knowledge: design, distribution, compensation
• Extensive annuity and retirement income planning experience
• Life insurance, underwriting, advisor use cases
• Knowledge of tax, estate, wealth transfer concepts
• Product management experience in financial services / WealthTech
• Translate complex financial concepts into simple, engaging UX
