4+ years on tech-powered products with PM responsibilities (B2B).
Proven track record delivering products that delight users and metrics.
Strong leadership; build consensus and drive change.
Comfortable with imperfect information and short iteration cycles.
Experience with agentic workflows for messy real-world inputs.
Logistics experience is a plus.
