🎯 Requirements

5+ years building products and platforms; ability to prioritize under tight timelines.
Experience shipping AI/ML/LLM-powered products with a human-in-the-loop.
Track record of delivering adoption, engagement, and measurable business impact.
Strong user empathy and understanding of customer needs.
Strong project execution; leads cross-geo teams from idea to launch.
Bachelor's degree; MBA or related graduate degree preferred.
