📋 Description

• Own outcomes for a defined subdomain or initiative — not just what ships, but whether it worked
• Own a roadmap for your area, sequenced and defended within the direction domain leadership has set
• Engage in real technical engagement — debating tradeoffs with your engineering partner, not just
• Mentor PMs working within your area
• Use an AI-native way of working — using AI daily to prototype, analyze, and accelerate real work

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years in product management, including owning outcomes (not just execution) for at least one
• Comfortable with moderate ambiguity — the domain's direction is set by leadership, but you fill in
• Technical enough to engage directly with engineers on tradeoffs, not just requirements
• First-principles problem-solving and comfort with the pace of a startup building process where none
• AI-native workflow — daily, hands-on, not just prompting
• San Francisco-based and committed to working onsite. H1B transfers welcome.
