📋 Description

• Set and own the long-term vision and strategy for your product area
• Lead cross-functional discovery efforts with design, engineering, and GTM teams
• Identify opportunities to apply AI or automation with business impact
• Translate feedback and strategy into actionable requirements and backlogs
• Collaborate with engineering and design to scope, build, and deliver features
• Plan launches with Marketing/Sales/CS and enable client adoption

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in product management, B2B SaaS
• Familiarity with AI-powered features or automation use cases
• Experience setting product vision and aligning cross-functional teams
• Strong discovery skills translating insights into value
• Metrics-driven decision making and Agile execution
• Excellent communication and documentation; mentor PMs
