📋 Description

• Own product strategy, vision, and roadmap for a core product area.
• Improve applicant- and business-facing workflows with automation and reduced friction.

• Collaborate with Eng and Data Science to define solutions and trade-offs.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 4 years of professional product management experience with measurable impact.
• Experience on applicant-facing, consumer, self-service, or similar products in verification/fintech
• Strong product strategy and design judgment for intuitive UX.
• Data-driven, customer-centric approach; translate problems into opportunities.
• Strong technical fluency; collaborate with engineering and data science without being hands-on.
• Ability to manage complex priorities, trade-offs, and ownership of outcomes.
