Senior Product Manager

📋 Description

• Lead category strategy and multi-year roadmap for assigned products.
• Own the product lifecycle from ideation through launch and ongoing management.
• Collaborate with Innovation Manager to evaluate bigger-bet opportunities.
• Translate consumer insights into category decisions and priorities.
• Align with omni-channel strategies across touchpoints.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure market readiness.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA a plus.
• 5+ years product management experience in CPG, pet care, or manufacturing.
• Proven track record in product innovation and category growth.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Exceptional communication and project management abilities.
• Lived experience as a dog owner (current or past).
