Senior Product Manager

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end product strategy and execution for AI features in APCM
• Define agent-powered patient workflows improving care efficacy and efficiency
• Partner with engineering, design, operations, clinical leadership, care teams
• Use AI tooling in development and day-to-day execution
• Lead product discovery in ambiguous space; identify pain points and workflows
• Measure outcomes with experiments and analytics

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years product management experience
• Strong instincts turning ambiguity into clear direction
• Deep interest in AI, LLMs, agentic systems
• Experience cross-functional with engineering, design, operations, regulated stakeholders
• Comfortably operate independently in a fast-moving environment
