Senior Product Manager

📋 Description

• Define and communicate a clear and compelling product vision for our product capabilities
• Develop and maintain roadmaps that reflect the prioritization of features and enhancements needed
• Continuously update the roadmap based on user feedback, market changes, and emerging needs
• Position roadmap initiatives appropriately to customers on sales calls and convening events
• Communicate release information to stakeholders transparently and efficiently
• Ensure KPIs to measure the success of projects; analyze user data and feedback to derive insights

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Manager
• Experience in EdTech or LMS industry is a plus
• Strong understanding of how AI is reshaping software products
• Demonstrated success in developing product capabilities aligned with business goals
• Experience with Agile development methodologies and agentic product lifecycle management
• Familiarity with AHA and Pragmatic methodology is a plus
