Senior Product Manager

📋 Description

• Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for a major component of the healthcare technology platform
• Lead the complete product lifecycle, from discovery and requirements definition through
• Engage directly with customers, healthcare professionals, and end users to understand their needs
• Translate qualitative feedback, user research, business objectives, and data insights into clear
• Use product and business data to evaluate performance, identify opportunities, and continuously
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and customer-facing teams to define, build, launch

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management within a fast-paced, product-led organization
• Proven experience building and managing B2B software products, with a strong understanding of
• Demonstrated ability to own products end to end, including discovery, user research
• Strong customer empathy and experience working directly with users to identify problems and
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to combine qualitative insights
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align engineering
