Senior Product Manager

📋 Description

• Lead and coordinate event program ops across marketing, eng, QA, content.
• Define and coordinate A/B testing and experimentation for events.
• Build and maintain product backlogs; drive sprint planning in Scrum.
• Collaborate with data teams to identify attendee segments and personalization.
• Ensure platform capabilities are documented and adopted; bridge platform teams.
• Define event experience requirements and use cases for registration to post-event journeys.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in Product Management
• Excellent English communication
• Cross-functional leadership across design, product, eng, QA
• Experience with RainFocus, On24, Swoogo, or AEM CMS
• Define product requirements, use cases, and docs
• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or related field
