Senior Product Manager

📋 Description

• Lead design program ops across design, engineering, QA, and content.
• Ensure design system components are adopted and documented in features.
• Define product requirements, use cases, and docs for digital initiatives.
• Build and maintain product backlogs; drive Scrum planning and delivery.
• Collaborate with experimentation teams to drive A/B tests and personalization.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 1+ years hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or similar CMS.
• Coordinate programs across design, product, engineering, QA and data teams.
• Experience with design systems and documenting components.
• Excellent English communication; client-facing and internal.
• Agile/Scrum experience; backlog management; translate goals into requirements.
