Senior Product Manager

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end Titlewave ecommerce (discovery to post-purchase); set vision/roadmap.
• Design and run experiments to optimize conversion and educator adoption.
• Balance educator needs with content partner priorities in the marketplace.
• Collaborate with Eng, Design, and Data to turn strategy into requirements.
• Conduct ongoing customer research to understand educator needs and adoption barriers.
• Define product strategy, roadmap, and success criteria; align teams with data.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, technology, education, or related field; equivalent experience; MBA a plus.
• 5+ years of product management in ecommerce, SaaS, EdTech, or digital marketplaces; track record of optimizing conversion and revenue.
• Expertise in A/B testing, experimentation, and quantitative analysis.
• Strong ecommerce fundamentals: funnel optimization, pricing, marketplace dynamics.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration across Product, Engineering, Design, Data, and GTM; ability to align stakeholders.
• Deep customer empathy; translate educator needs into actionable product insights and solutions.
