8–10+ years in tech, 6+ years in Product Management (B2B SaaS/AI).
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Senior IC owning product strategy, execution, adoption, and value realization.
Strong familiarity with GenAI concepts: GenAI, autonomous agents, governance, explainability.
Experience driving post-launch adoption, optimization, and product health.
Cross-functional collaboration with Eng, Design, Data Science, GTM; able to influence senior stakeholders.
Experience with agile methods and tools: Jira, Confluence, Figma, Productboard.
