📋 Description

• Own the AI Adoption & Customer Value strategy across Varicent's AI portfolio.
• Lead enterprise adoption programs with strategic customers to drive value.
• Define adoption metrics, health signals, and dashboards with stakeholders.
• Synthesize customer feedback and usage data to inform roadmap.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, and Data Science to deliver usable, trusted AI.
• Enable Product Marketing and Go-to-Market with adoption-focused assets.

🎯 Requirements

• 8–10+ years of professional experience; 6+ in Product Management.
• Senior IC with product strategy, adoption, and value realization.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, CS, Eng, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of GenAI, autonomous agents, governance and trust.
• Experience with enterprise customers, turning feedback into roadmaps.
• Data-driven decisions; RICE/ROI/value-vs-effort familiarity.
• Agile experience; familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, Figma, Productboard.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; stakeholder management.
