• 5+ years of professional experience in technological projects related to digital products, software
• Proven experience leading end-to-end workflow discovery and process redesign in complex, multi-site
• Track record of taking a solution from 0 to 1 (concept through training/release and post-release
• Strong stakeholder facilitation and negotiation skills; able to translate operational needs into
• Proven track record managing the end to end software product lifecycle (building and shipping) of a
• Understanding of, or experience with, web technologies, technical concepts, software development
