Senior Product Manager

📋 Description

• Drive AI-native features in Clarity from ideation to launch, unlocking business value.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and PMs to prototype GenAI features.
• Engage with customers to translate evolving AI needs into smart product solutions.
• Partner with Customer Success and Data teams to rollout AI features and gather feedback.
• Monitor AI product usage, performance, and business impact with a data-first approach.
• Communicate progress, opportunities, and outcomes to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–6+ years in B2B SaaS Product Management.
• Proven success delivering AI-powered or GenAI features (LLMs/embeddings).
• Hands-on involvement in product-led growth initiatives and scaling intelligent experiences.
• Comfort working with engineers, data scientists, and researchers in global teams.
• Familiarity with responsible AI and ethics is a strong plus.
• University degree required.
