Senior Product Manager

📋 Description

• Own the full product lifecycle for Coder Agents, from ideas to GA and scale.
• Define and evolve product vision and strategy for Agents with a clear roadmap.
• Identify opportunities to reach new personas from enterprise to citizen developers.
• Research customer problems via direct engagement with enterprise accounts and ecosystem feedback.
• Lead executive roadmap reviews, product demos, and enterprise stakeholder discussions.
• Shape pricing, licensing, and packaging to support Agents growth.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years building software products end-to-end with clear customer and business outcomes.
• Deep understanding of the AI/agentic market and enterprise adoption.
• Proven experience taking a product from GA and setting direction where little exists.
• Able to operate independently with minimal oversight.
• Experience building for enterprise customers with complex adoption, compliance, procurement, and multi-stakeholder buying.
• Strong technical foundation to collaborate with engineers and make informed trade-offs.
