📋 Description

• Drive the execution, growth, and scale of Affirm’s consumer products and experiences across
• Take Affirm’s direct-to-consumer products and adapt them for international markets by understanding
• Drive success metrics by shipping high impact work that meaningfully moves the needle for Affirm’s
• Partner effectively with engineering teams across the organization to drive product development and
• Collaborate with stakeholders (such as Design, Research, Analytics, Marketing, Legal, Compliance
• Understand Affirm’s international consumers at a deep level: what’s important to them, what drives

🎯 Requirements

• Experience directly managing technical software products from kick-off to post-launch, driving
• Experience working on consumer technology products in Canada, UK, EU, or Australia; bonus points if
• Comfortable diving into technical details with an engineer, iterating on Figma with a designer, and
• Discipline, organizational skills, and interpersonal communication skills to navigate complex
• Experience influencing engineering teams outside of direct purview to prioritize and build what is
• Bias towards action, able to navigate obstacles and blockers
