• 6+ years of product management; 3+ in platform/technical PM.
• Strong API, data models, workflows, integrations.
• Excellent communication and executive presence.
• Experience modernizing legacy systems into scalable platforms.
• Hands-on AI/ML, LLMs, or orchestration frameworks.
• Background in financial services, fintech, or regulated industries.
• Data-driven with KPIs and analytics mindset.
