🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, with a track record of launching and scaling high-impact
• Demonstrated leadership of cross-functional teams and delivery of complex projects from concept to
• Depth in product lifecycle management, from discovery through to execution and post-launch
• Experience mentoring and coaching other product managers or team members.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills—you can influence without authority and build
• Strategic thinker with strong prioritization skills—adept at framing trade-offs and navigating
