Senior Product Manager

📋 Description

• Gather client signals and translate into clearly defined problems; shape the pitch.
• Act as pod's sole design reference; frame UX decisions and prototypes (Figma/design system).
• Run the build cycle with lightweight async status artefacts; adjust scope.
• Agree on 1-2 measurable outcomes before build; deliver post-launch verdicts.
• Own the launch: run beta, prepare Sales/CSM and Support for release.
• Be the pod's single contact for the BU; surface risks and coordinate with peers.

🎯 Requirements

• Background as PM, Product Designer, or Lead Engineer.
• End-to-end ownership: frame problems, UX decisions, prototypes (Figma/design system).
• Go-getter mindset; take initiative; push through ambiguity to completion.
• Write and defend a complete pitch: problem, appetite, no-gos, metrics.
• Ship against appetite using lightweight async cadence artefacts (hill charts).
• Interpret usage data (Amplitude, funnel, retention) and run discovery; validate outputs.
