• Shape intuitive, accessible, and engaging digital experiences that empower patients to better
• Work across web and mobile platforms, identifying patient needs, solving complex user problems, and
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and cross-functional partners to bring thoughtful
• Help evolve the design system, ensuring consistency and quality across digital products.

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years of product design experience, ideally within a consumer-focused, product-driven company.
• Experience designing complex user flows, interactions, and interface states across web and mobile
• Proficiency in Figma, including the ability to create polished, high-fidelity mockups and
• Experience working with and contributing to established design systems.
• Strong foundational visual design skills, including typography, color, layout, and interaction
• Experience conducting or supporting A/B testing, usability testing, and iterative design processes.

🎁 Benefits

• The base pay range for this position is $225,000 – $300,000 per year.
