Senior Product Manager

📋 Description

• High-impact role at the intersection of product, AI/ML strategy, and enterprise workflows.
• Own PM for AI-driven platform capabilities, focusing on autonomous AI agents that automate workflows.
• Partner with UX to craft intuitive, trustworthy AI experiences blending human guidance with automation.
• Translate LLMs, multi-agent systems, RAG, MCP, and agent orchestration into scalable product capabilities.
• Collaborate with DS/ML teams on AI agent orchestration, workflow automation, and tool integration.
• Define requirements for AI agents and autonomous workflows, including reasoning and multi-step execution.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years product management experience, including 3+ years building AI-powered products.
• 3+ years launching AI agents, autonomous workflows, or copilots.
• Strong understanding of LLMs, agentic AI architectures, multi-agent orchestration, MCP/tool frameworks, and RAG.
• Experience partnering with data science, ML engineering, and UX teams to deliver AI features in production.
• Strong product intuition to identify high-value AI automation opportunities and prioritize impactful capabilities.
• Experience driving go-to-market activities including pricing, packaging AI capabilities, sales enablement, and customer advocacy.
