Senior Product Manager - A2A & Money Movement

📋 Description

• Own the roadmap for A2A product domain with prioritized backlog and delivery plan.
• Define and prioritize features based on partner needs, data, signals, and business impact.
• Write clear product requirements and acceptance criteria; run scoping sessions with Engineering.
• Lead product discovery: interviews, partner feedback, teardowns, and data analysis; synthesize findings.
• Build understanding of the full A2A payment lifecycle and design end-to-end solutions.
• Collaborate with Engineering on scalable technical design and tradeoffs.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in product management; 3+ years in payments/financial services.
• Hands-on with A2A: ACH, RTP, FedNow, push-to-card, or open banking.
• Proven track record delivering complex payment products from discovery to launch.
• Strong commercial instincts; align product decisions with revenue and growth.
• Deep experience working with customers/partners to define problems and feedback.
• Experience partnering with Engineering on payment system design: flows, settlement, reconciliation.
