Senior Product Manager

📋 Description

• Own the product roadmap and priorities for a classified marketplace platform.
• Turn business needs into clear requirements, working closely with engineers on Java, Spring and
• Make product decisions that account for MySQL and MongoDB data models and how they affect features.
• Plan roadmap work across a mostly microservices architecture on GCP, including the monolith that
• Drive AI-enabled initiatives from discovery through to delivery.
• Help product, sales and marketing teams adopt AI in their daily work, and track the impact.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Product Manager, ideally in marketplaces or digital platforms.
• Experience taking products from zero to one.
• Strong technical fluency: comfortable working closely with engineers on backend services and
• Experience in a microservices environment, ideally with legacy or monolith migration.
• Clear communicator who makes decisions with incomplete information and is proactive in driving them
