• 7+ years in software product roles.
• Experience at 2+ companies or products.
• Strong customer-discovery habit with real user conversations.
• Data-driven; fluent in product analytics and experiments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Able to lead as senior product voice amid ambiguity.
