Senior Product Manager

📋 Description

• Set product direction for the Carwow consumer app, defining what to build and why
• Lead discovery with consumers: interviews, usage data, behavioural analysis
• Identify and prototype AI opportunities for smarter discovery and personalisation
• Collaborate as product trio with Engineering Manager, Designer, Engineers
• Manage backlog prioritising engagement, retention and revenue
• Own app success measures and evidence for scale/change/stop decisions

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years product management, owning a consumer mobile app
• Hands-on product discovery, own interviews and data analysis
• AI-native: daily AI tool use, shipped or prototyped AI features
• Comfortable with ambiguity, defining problems as much as solving
• Proven partnership with design and engineering as product trio
• Clear written and verbal communication of trade-offs
