📋 Description

• Drive product strategy & roadmap: define strategy for key areas and translate insights.
• Lead complex initiatives: oversee cross-functional projects from discovery to launch.
• Turn feedback & data into action: synthesize insights to guide decisions.
• Optimize product performance: establish KPIs, monitor trends, and improve adoption.
• Strengthen cross-functional alignment: partner with engineering, design, data, onboarding, and support.
• Elevate product documentation & processes: create PRDs, user stories, and specs.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience: 5+ years of progressive product management in SaaS/tech, with ownership of complex areas.
• Skills: Define and execute product strategy, manage multi-quarter roadmaps, and collaborate with engineering and design.
• Strategic Thinker: Long-term vision with principled tradeoffs aligned to company objectives.
• Data-Driven Decision Maker: Define KPIs, build business cases, run experiments, and prioritize with data.
• Execution Excellence: Write PRDs, lead sprint planning, manage stakeholder expectations, deliver launches.
• Strong Communicator & Influencer: Excellent written and verbal skills; influence senior stakeholders.
