📋 Description

Lead and define Box Accessibility standards and pathways
Create and review WCAG conformance across Box apps
Partner with Product, Engineering, and Design to meet accessibility standards
Ensure planning for new releases meets accessibility requirements
Improve accessibility practices across Box
Manage relationships with third-party accessibility auditors

🎯 Requirements

5+ years of Product Management or Program Management
2+ years working in accessibility
Deep knowledge of WCAG, ARIA, EN 301 549
Ability to operate at strategic and execution levels
Familiarity with assistive technologies such as screen readers
Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Design
