5–8+ years in product management with growth/PLG at SaaS
Proven track record shipping features that moved top-of-funnel metrics
Experience with product-led growth: freemium, self-serve onboarding, viral loops
Experience leading multiple teams and influencing stakeholders
Data fluency with funnel metrics; Amplitude, Hex, or Snowflake
Comfortable exploring APIs, integrations, and automation platforms
