Senior Product Manager, Acquisition

📋 Description

• Own the acquisition product roadmap and top-of-funnel strategy
• Design growth loops, surfaces, and AI-native discovery
• Partner with engineering, design, and data to ship changes impacting metrics
• Build acquisition loops and distribution mechanisms
• Run experiments and validate new distribution mechanics
• Use data to drive funnel metrics and decisions

🎯 Requirements

• 5–8+ years in product management with growth/PLG at SaaS
• Proven track record shipping features that moved top-of-funnel metrics
• Experience with product-led growth: freemium funnels, self-serve onboarding
• Experience with Amplitude, Hex, Snowflake and data instrumentation
• AI-native orientation: understands generative AI and AI-driven discovery
• Comfortable with APIs, integrations, and automation platforms to explore distribution opportunities
