Senior Product Manager - Active Fixed Income

📋 Description

• Lead design and delivery of active fixed income and liquidity products
• Manage end-to-end product lifecycle: launches, enhancements, mergers, closures
• Drive project management for product initiatives
• Ensure governance, regulatory standards, and internal policy compliance
• Assess viability and identify optimisation opportunities
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in product strategy, development and lifecycle in asset mgmt
• Strong knowledge of active fixed income and liquidity strategies
• Understanding of regulatory frameworks and product governance
• Experience launching/managing UCITS, ETFs, or segregated mandates
• Ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders
• Strong communication and influencing skills; detail-oriented
