Senior Product Manager, Advanced Trading (Onshore)

📋 Description

• Own roadmap and delivery for advanced trading product areas (orders, margins, positions, UI).
• Write PRDs and user stories; drive review, UAT, launch, and iterations.
• Define success metrics; drive improvement for trading experience, liquidity, and risk.
• Benchmark against leading CEXs; analyze UX, liquidity models, and new launches.
• Improve speed-to-trade, order tickets, charts, retention on Web/App.
• Collaborate with design and engineering to ship high-performance trading surfaces.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years product management; 3+ years on crypto trading products.
• CEX mechanics: perpetuals, futures, options, margins, funding rates, index/mark price, liquidation, orders.
• Hands-on experience shipping trading features on Web and App at a top-tier CEX or similar.
• Understanding of liquidity economics and risk: maker/taker fees, tiers, leverage curves.
• Strong PRDs, structured thinking, and cross-functional execution.
• Fluent English; Mandarin a plus.
