📋 Description

• Build packaged AI skills for agent platforms across apps.
• Define packaging format, delivery model, and GTM with product teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of PM experience shipping a product from 0 to 1 with business case ownership.
• Experience with usage-based or hosted SaaS pricing where infra costs aren’t tied to seats.
• Comfort defining a new delivery architecture and the compliance tradeoffs.
• Track record of ruthless scoping: shipping the smallest version to prove demand.
• Nice to have marketplace/platform model experience (e.g., Atlassian Marketplace).
• Nice to have familiarity with AI agent standards or skill/plugin formats.
