Senior Product Manager - Agent Experience

📋 Description

• Lead strategy for Agent Experience and Agent Workspace.
• Define vision for agent productivity and AI-assisted workflows.
• Create and maintain a roadmap for Agent Workspace and Manager Experience.
• Partner with Eng, UX, AI, Infrastructure, CS to deliver scalable experiences.
• Champion user-centered design to simplify workflows and boost productivity.
• Engage directly with enterprise customers to understand pain points.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience delivering enterprise SaaS.
• Experience building products for customer service agents and enterprise apps.
• Strong knowledge of authentication, security, APIs, IAM, and cloud-native.
• Experience collaborating with UX designers for enterprise UX.
• Proven ability to define strategy and execute roadmaps in Agile.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering/Business; MBA preferred.
