📋 Description

• Own AI capabilities across the NiCE CX platform
• Design, prototype, and validate AI-driven product experiences
• Build AI-powered CX solutions and working prototypes
• Lead data-driven decisions with analytics and model insights
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams
• Travel globally to engage customers and partners

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in software product management for enterprise cloud or on-prem
• Hands-on AI-powered, data-driven, or automation products
• Strong technical ability to prototype with engineering and data teams
• Experience influencing decisions across global stakeholders
• Excellent communication from exec leadership to individual contributors
• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline
