Senior Product Manager, AI

📋 Description

• Set AI vision, strategy, and roadmap; decide skills to build
• Be customer facing; interview users and test AI in live workflows
• Prioritize backlog by broker value, feasibility, quality risk
• Define good enough; maintain eval sets and quality bar
• Decide deterministic vs LLM per skill; guardrails and retrieval design
• Turn broker workflows into skill specs for engineers

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years PM with AI/ML features shipped to real users
• Hands-on prototyping tools: Claude, Cursor, Replit
• Prompt engineering, context design, RAG
• Strong product discovery: customer interviews and validation
• Partner with Engineering and Design to ship fast
• Technical depth to trade off model, data, latency
• Clear communication to technical and non-technical audiences
• Bonus CRE/proptech or vertical SaaS experience
