Translate finance workflows (expense policies, approvals, month-end close) into agent behavior
Define what good judgment means for agents and build evals, prompting, feedback loops
Get hands-on: prototype, measure, read transcripts/traces, iterate
Earn autonomy incrementally for agents (recommend vs. act)
Work directly with finance admins and base iteration on usage

🎯 Requirements

Experience as a product manager owning complex, user-facing products end to end
Experience shipping software to company admins (finance, accounting, HR, payroll, IT, compliance
Deep experience in company workflows (e.g., queues, approvals, exceptions) or data/reporting
Technical depth and experience with systems without a single correct answer (AI/ML, search/ranking
Comfortable with ambiguity and unpredictable systems
Strong product taste and judgment
