Senior Product Manager, AI Agents & Data

📋 Description

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for Advisor Enablement data products and AI agents.
• Design AI- and data-powered capabilities across CRM, workflows, recommendations, and automation.
• Partner with data science, engineering, and analytics to shape models and data products.
• Identify and prioritize high-impact use cases such as next-best-action, lead scoring, smart workflows.
• Run experiments and validate ideas with advisors; turn pilots into scalable features.
• Integrate AI and data products deeply into CRM and workflow surfaces.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of Product Management experience, including complex platform or multi-system products.
• 3+ years building AI/ML or data-driven products (recommendations, scoring).
• Experience in a data-focused role or owning data products (metrics, experiments).
• Experience in at least one: B2B CRM or customer data platforms; analytics; or workflow tools.
• Cross-functional leadership experience required.
• Hands-on work with AI/ML-powered features or predictive modeling.
