Senior Product Manager, AI Agents Experience

📋 Description

• Own the product vision and prioritized roadmap for the core agent experience that will define the
• Drive agent adoption by owning how teams discover, activate, and build lasting habits around AI
• Partner with design and user research to refine the core interactions for how users create, direct
• Lead discovery, pilots, and betas with enterprise customers to understand how organizations adopt
• Shape the experiences that let humans confidently delegate work to agents, including user
• Define engagement metrics, instrument tracking, and iterate continuously on the product experience.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of product management experience, ideally focused on AI products, collaboration software
• Proven ability to craft intuitive, high-quality user experiences in partnership with design and
• Track record of working with enterprise customers and translating customer insights into sharp
• Deep familiarity with modern AI tools, with informed opinions about human-agent collaboration and
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional
• Experience building products for specific verticals, or a background in product-led growth or 0→1
