Senior Product Manager - AI

📋 Description

• Own the Agentic Platform roadmap from strategy to prioritization
• Lead Rec's AI engineering pod
• Drive prompt engineering and evaluations to improve agent quality
• Define how AI agents behave, escalate, and earn staff trust
• Partner cross-functionally with design, engineering, and GTM to ship AI features
• Ensure AI teammates are reliable, trustworthy, and genuinely useful to recreation staff

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in product management, ideally with AI/ML products
• Hands-on prompt engineering, evals, or LLMs in production
• Strong technical fluency; comfortable with engineers, not just roadmaps
• Track record shipping AI features based on usage & quality signals
• Excellent judgment on when AI should act autonomously vs escalate
• Bias toward action in a fast-moving startup environment
