📋 Description

• Run discovery across the company with finance, sales, support, and ops.
• Prototype the v1 using AI tools to build agents and automations.
• Turn prototypes into specs engineers can build from; maintain a backlog.
• Own quality: define evaluation criteria, guardrails, edge cases, observability.
• Keep the team shipping: unblock blockers, manage scope, move projects forward.
• Drive adoption: roll out what we build and iterate with user teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Professional software engineering experience; shipped production software; AI data security.
• End-to-end product ownership; PM experience a plus, not required.
• Deep, hands-on AI experience; shipped LLM-powered systems and agents/evals.
• Business sense; able to work with finance/sales to spot automatable workflows.
• A 0-to-1 track record; built products or tools from nothing.
• Outstanding written communication; documentation-first culture.
