Senior Product Manager - AI Governance

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end governance for AI agents in enterprise Jira environments.
• Strengthen platform with config movement, visibility, and CI/CD-style operations.
• Treat AI agents as configurable items; manage deployment and rollback.
• Build a control plane for AI activity: discovery, inventory, policy enforcement, audits, and cost attribution.
• Own the policy engine rules and enforcement across Appfire products.
• Manage Atlassian partner relationships for roadmap visibility and API access.

🎯 Requirements

• Several years as a product manager for complex enterprise infrastructure or governance products.
• Experience spanning multiple product domains and teams.
• Comfortable selling to senior technical buyers: platform admins, CISOs, CIOs.
• Track record shipping in phases aligned to a long-term roadmap.
• Direct, structured customer discovery with enterprise admins.
• Nice to have: Atlassian ecosystem experience and AI governance tooling.
