Senior Product Manager - AI Governance

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end governance for AI agents within enterprise Jira environments.
• Strengthen platform foundation: config movement, CI/CD access, visibility into changes.
• Extend governance to treat AI agents as configurable assets.
• Build a control plane: discover, inventory, policy enforcement, audits.
• Own policy engine rules and runtime enforcement with the packaged AI skill team.
• Partner with Atlassian for roadmap and API access.
• Regularly engage enterprise admins and IT leaders for discovery.

🎯 Requirements

• Several years as PM for complex enterprise infra/governance products.
• Experience leading multi-domain product initiatives.
• Comfort selling to senior technical buyers: admins, CISOs, CIOs.
• Track record shipping in phases toward a long-term roadmap.
• Direct, structured customer discovery skills.
