📋 Description

• Build and own shared AI infrastructure: retrieval, grounding, RAG, observability.
• Collaborate across product teams to land foundation and drive adoption.
• Own quality and trust metrics; ensure regression detection with human in the loop.
• Lead lifecycle of LLM/ML work streams; decide build vs buy vs tune vs ground with RAG.
• Prototype hands-on to de-risk direction; expect to discard parts.
• Grow internal automation and document learnings for future teams.
