• Own the AI Receptionist product end-to-end
• Define AI-driven client communication and seamless handoffs
• Drive adoption and outcomes including revenue, adoption, and retention
• Represent the customer and translate needs into product decisions
• Ensure conversations stay coherent across channels and fallbacks

🎯 Requirements

• 5-8 years in product management (B2B2C or both B2C and B2B)
• Shipping AI-powered products; shape AI behavior and trust
• LLM fluency; hands-on with LLMs and prompt design
• AI-native in practice; using Claude daily and staying close to tech
• Strong voice-of-customer instincts
• Data fluency; define metrics and build case with data
